Panasonic Toughbook C1 |
The new Toughbook C1 device delivers up to 10 hours of battery life, a 30” drop rating, optional Gobi 2000 mobile broadband and a host of industry-leading advancements. C1 is the first rugged tablet to laptop convertible to offer hot-swappable twin batteries for continuous use. Powered by the Intel Core i5-2520M vPro processor and weighing only 3.2 pounds (with one battery, 3.7 lbs with two), the Toughbook C1 offers desktop-class performance in a lightweight, convertible tablet form factor that is ideal for road warriors and mobile workers.
The Toughbook C1 is available with a multi-touch + digitizer screen for finger and gesture computing and an electronic stylus for accurate digital input. The ergonomic strap and dome arch support cradle the hand for comfortable long-term use. The C1 features a unique, durable triple hinge design that is easy to open and close with one hand — two hinges for opening and closing the screen, and another hinge for rotating the screen into tablet mode. A spill resistant keyboard and the quick-release hard drive bring additional performance benefits. The Toughbook C1 sets the standard for what an enterprise convertible tablet should be.
